It is important to realise that you aren’t alone, many people feel the same way. The good news is there is something you can do about it. You have a unique gift, an ‘inner genius’ inside of you that is the core of your identity. It is what makes you the incredible human that you are.
Sometimes all that is needed is someone to guide & mentor you to find what your essence is. To take you on a journey of transformation and discovery, a ‘rite of passage’ into living your best life.
Originating from the story Homer’s Odyssey, Mentor is entrusted with overseeing the care and teaching of Odysseus’s son Telemachus while he embarks on a journey to fight the Trojan War.
These days, the concept of "Mentor" has expanded to encompass roles such as trusted advisor, companion, educator, and sage. Mentoring is a foundational aspect of human development, where one person dedicates their time, energy, and personal expertise to support the growth and capabilities of another.
With half a century of experience searching, finding and living into my own genius, plus a quarter of a century guiding and assisting individuals and groups to reach their potential. I can help guide and support you as you walk the path to discover who you are destined to become.
What would this look like?
I will guide you through a process of private individual mentoring sessions where we will:
Unpack and understand your ‘story’
Let go of ‘self-limiting beliefs’
Uncover your ‘inner genius’
Envision who you want to become
Create an action plan to reach your true potential
Is this based on a specific religion or dogma?
No, my approach is secular and based on years of self-discovery and practice, in addition to guiding groups and individuals through transformative experiences.
Will I have to do anything weird or extreme?
The essence of personal transformation requires challenge, this is normal and healthy. However, I will not ask you to do anything I haven’t experienced myself and you always have the choice of how much challenge you lean into.
How long will it take?
Every person is different and of course, it will depend on your willingness to do the work both inside and outside of our sessions.
